In addition to his time as a litigator, Yosef has assisted clients with the formation, structuring and corporate oversight of newly born start-ups, as well as brokering a wide array of commercial contracts. Yosef also has a proven record in working on various mergers and acquisitions matters -- from initial negotiations to closing.

Having practiced in a number of consumer protection areas (such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), Yosef does not take the term "consumer protection" lightly and prides himself on standing up for consumers and protecting their rights.
